October 2011

October was such a fun start to the holidays! Maddie and Mommy decorated the house for Halloween with lots of crafts, projects, and pumpkin painting and carving. Maddie also really enjoyed decorating a Halloween shirt for herself and a Halloween onesie for William. :0) Maddie's Halloween costume theme was princesses. She was Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Ariel during the different dress-up parties and events she went to. William had a Mike W (from Monsters, Inc.) onesie and was a little monster on Halloween.

We had many super fun parties and family outings this month. We picked our pumpkins at Charlie Brown's Pumpkin Patch, had a blast at Gymboree's Pumpkin Party, had a spook-tacular time at the Zoo, had so much fun at the Maddie's preschool Fall Festival, and a spooky good time Trick Or Treating around the neighborhood.

William is changing everyday! He's getting stronger and holds his head and shoulders up off the floor. He's such a sweet, smiley little guy and continues to ADORE his big sister. Maddie gets many big smiles and little giggles from her little brother.
